Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale

1. Store Operator
The XCloudGame online store (goodpricemall.xcloudgame.com) is operated by XCLOUD GAME CO., LIMITED, registered in Hong Kong (Business Registration in Hong Kong). Registered address: Flat/Rm F, 6/F, Mega Cube, 8 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Contact: goodpricemall@linkme.live, tel. +852 3000 0000 (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 GMT+8).
2. Scope
These terms govern B2C retail sales via goodpricemall.xcloudgame.com with delivery to Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan) and East Asia (Mongolia and others). By placing an order you accept these terms.
3. Products and Prices
All prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable taxes. Shipping cost is calculated separately and shown before order confirmation. The price is fixed at the time of ordering. In case of a material pricing or description error we may cancel the order with a full refund.
4. Order and Contract
The sales contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline an order in case of technical pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
5. Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payments are processed by a certified payment provider (PCI DSS Level 1); card data is never stored on our servers. The charge will appear on your statement as "XCLOUDGAME".
6. Delivery
Orders are dispatched from our warehouses in Hong Kong and mainland China within 1–3 business days after payment. Delivery takes 7–20 business days depending on the destination and carrier (CDEK, Kazpost, UPS). See the Delivery page. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.
7. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You may return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment card within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. See the Returns and Refunds page.
8. Warranty and Claims
All products carry a 12-month conformity warranty unless stated otherwise. For damaged, incomplete, or not-as-described items contact us within 30 days at goodpricemall@linkme.live. Claims are processed within 5 business days.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch by emailing goodpricemall@linkme.live. After dispatch, the return procedure applies (Section 7).
10. Personal Data
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
11. Liability and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in the buyer's country of residence. Disputes are first resolved through negotiation.
